About Pregnancy Reflexology

Reflexology can be hugely beneficial during pregnancy with some of the benefits of treatments being:

- Improving quality of sleep

- Reducing feelings of stress and anxiety

- Encouraging deep relaxation.

It also gives expectant mothers some well deserved TLC and time for them to be at one with themselves and their baby.

Clients are able to have reflexology throughout all trimesters of pregnancy. Having specialised in pregnancy reflexology I will adapt my treatments to best suit specific pregnancy needs and symptoms.

It can also be beneficial to have more frequent reflexology treatments as mothers approach their due date to help relax and prepare them for labour.

Reflexology can also be beneficial postnatally as mothers adjust to the exciting new chapter of their lives with their new baby!
