Travel Cost for Home Visits
For home visits in Bideford or Torrington I do not charge any extra in travel costs. For anywhere outside of these areas my travel costs will be calculated at 40p per mile which is added to your treatment cost
Booking Policy
In order to secure your appointment with me I require a deposit of 50% of the cost of your treatment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until your deposit is received.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to another appointment time.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Sometimes it is unavoidable and you need to cancel your appointment with me. When this happens I will try to be as flexible as possible although late cancellations significantly impact me as I am unable to book another client in to your slot. Therefore my cancellation policy stipulates that any cancellations made within 24 hours of the planned appointment or no shows will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
