Fertility & Reproductive Reflexology
About Reproductive Reflexology
I have trained with the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists, gaining specialist knowledge in a wide range of reproductive health concerns. This training has equipped me with a comprehensive toolkit of reflexology techniques that can be used to support clients experiencing these conditions.
In addition to general reproductive health support, I have undertaken further training to assist individuals and couples who are trying to conceive. The reproductive reflexology protocols I use are designed to help encourage hormonal balance and support natural cycle regulation, offering tailored care for both men and women on their journey toward parenthood.
In some cases natural conception isn’t always an option, and I understand how challenging that can feel. I’m also trained in reflexology techniques that can work alongside IVF treatment, offering gentle support throughout the process.
Trying to conceive can be an exciting chapter, but it often comes with stress, uncertainty, and emotional ups and downs. For many, months, or even years, without a positive result can feel deeply disheartening. Reflexology offers a gentle, holistic approach to support both women and men during this time. By promoting balance within the body and reducing stress, it can help create a more supportive environment for conception, physically, emotionally, and hormonally
How Your Appointments Work
For those trying to conceive the recommended structure of your appointments is set out below. These are available to individuals, male or female as well as couples.
Initial Consultation
Before your treatment plan begins, we will meet for an initial consultation to discuss your medical history and where you are in your conception journey. This helps me tailor each treatment to your individual needs and allows me to offer relevant information or signpost you to additional support where helpful. This Appointment will take about an hour for individuals or 1.5 hours for a couple appointment.
Appointments
It is generally recommended that both male and female clients attend an initial course of 12 weekly sessions.
For female clients, this timeframe allows us to observe your cycle and adapt treatments to each phase, supporting natural hormonal regulation, egg development and ovulation. For male clients, sperm takes around 100 days to develop, so during this period we will focus on supporting sperm health and vitality.
Continued weekly sessions are advised, but I understand this may not always be practical. If you choose to reduce the frequency, we will plan your treatments carefully to ensure they are timed for the best possible benefit, based on your cycle and individual needs.
